Departure: Please vacate the rooms by 10.00 am.
We charge 6,00€ for your dog and day.
In the event of premature departure, we charge the full price for the days you've already used and 80% of the price for the room and services that haven't been used.
From 1st January 2024 a local tourist tax of € 2,50 per person (from 14 years)and day will be added to the price.
The right jof withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated nevertheless we grant you the following cancellation conditions.
Consumers' Code: Notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I ofltalian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005
- Up to 60 days before the date of arrival, the reservation can be cancelled without payment of a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained.
- In case of cancellation by the guest between 3 months and 4 weeks before the agreed date of arrival, 50% of the booking price will be charged.
- Cancellations made by the guest within 4 weeks of the agreed arrival date will be charged 70% of the booking price.
We recommend that our guests take out travel cancellation insurance.
